The thesis
By 2027 every Fortune 500 will be off ECC. Every binary in the EU will need CE marking and a CycloneDX SBOM. Every CTO will be asked to put AI agents on SAP data — under a policy that prohibits agents from orchestrating raw SAP APIs. The teams doing this rebuild the same glue every quarter. sapctl is the on-policy, agent-native, audit-grade alternative.
The team
We are former engineers from SAP, Hyperscaler infra, and a handful of SAP partners. Engineering is split between London and Berlin, with a small ops team in Lisbon. We are open about who we are and what we ship: every release is signed, every change has a SBOM, every plan is on the public roadmap.

sapctl Labs Ltd. is registered in England & Wales (no. 16243389). Funded by long-term mission investors who do not require us to capture customers in a proprietary cloud.
